Paid Post Submission Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your paid post. Submissions that do not adhere to these rules will be rejected.

I. Content and Quality Standards

  • Originality: All content must be original and not previously published on another website.
  • Relevance: Your post should be relevant to our site’s theme and provide value to our readers.
  • Tone and Quality: The content must be well-written, free of spelling and grammatical errors, and maintain a professional and informative tone.
  • Disclosure: Your post will be clearly marked as a “Paid Post” or “Sponsored Content” to ensure transparency for our audience.

II. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate rejection. We have a zero-tolerance policy for these materials.

  • Illegal Products and Services: Do not promote or link to illegal activities, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, or illegal streaming services.
  • Violence and Hate Speech: Any content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
  • Pornography and Sexually Explicit Material: We do not allow any form of sexually explicit content, including pornography, nudity, or depictions of sexual acts.
  • Drugs and Controlled Substances: Do not promote the sale or use of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia. This also applies to the irresponsible promotion of legal substances.
  • Weapons: Content promoting the sale of firearms, ammunition, or any other type of weapon is not allowed.
  • Malware and Scams: Posts that contain malicious software, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes of any kind are forbidden.
  • Misinformation: Do not publish content that is intentionally false, deceptive, or misleading, especially regarding health, politics, or financial advice.

III. Post Formatting and Structure

To ensure your post is published in a timely and professional manner, please follow these formatting and structure requirements.

  • Word Count: The post must be between 500 and 1,500 words in length.
  • Title: The title should be engaging and accurately reflect the content of the post. It must not exceed 70 characters.
  • Structure: Organize your post with clear headings and subheadings. Use H2 tags for main sections and H3 tags for subsections to improve readability.
  • Paragraphs: Use short, concise paragraphs (3-5 sentences each) to break up the text and make it easy for readers to scan.
  • Images: You are required to include at least one (1) high-quality image. You may include up to five (5) images in total.
    • Image Format: Images must be in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
    • Image Resolution: Images should be at least 1200 pixels wide for optimal display.
    • Ownership: You must have the right to use all images submitted. Provide proper attribution if required.
  • Links: Each post may contain a maximum of 3 outbound links to your website or a client’s website. Links should be naturally integrated into the text.
  • Author Bio: Include a brief author bio at the end of the post, no more than 100 words. You may include one link in your bio.

IV. Warnings and Disclaimers

  • Review Process: All submitted posts are subject to a thorough review by our editorial team. We reserve the right to reject any post for any reason, even if it is not explicitly listed in these guidelines.
  • No Refunds: If your post is rejected for violating these rules, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to carefully review these guidelines before submitting.
  • Legal Compliance: By submitting a post, you guarantee that your content complies with all applicable US federal, state, and local laws.
